I can’t say enough good things about the workers at the Vernon location. They’re all so friendly and helpful. We shop here pretty regularly for the deals, and they genuinely want you to leave happy with your products. I didn’t catch any of their names today, but they helped me purchase a shower panel, and I got a great deal.

I have bought numerous items from the Big Box in Vernon BC, The management and staff are helpful, friendly and great at their jobs. I highly recommend this store to others. It is a discounted store so look over your purchase before you buy it, to know exactly what you're getting and also the discount that you're saving, then you will have no returns and no complaints.

Amazing selection, great prices! Everything is always changing and it is interesting every time I go in there! Prompt, friendly customer service that is out of this world! I want to go there even just to engage their great and personable employees! You should totally go! Give James a raise, he deserves true reciprocation for how well he fulfills his role and how authentically he engages me and every single person he meets!

I always enjoy going into Big Box Store here in Vernon. Staff is always happy and friendly. James welcomes you in and is at the till with his big smile. One of the store managers, Lisa, is very helpful to give back to the community. Music is always playing, supporting one of our local radio stations. And items and prices are also amazing. One of my favourite stores ❤️

Update - I received a call and went in this evening and was able to try (and then purchase) the power recliner I was looking for. Everyone was helpful. Appreciated the message back and the help. Original message: Went in a few times to try out and purchase a power recliner but the only power outlet nearby was broken. Kept saying it was going to be fixed so I can try one, but 10 days later nothing now I called and I've been told it won't be fixed anytime soon. Kinda disappointing. Struggling to understand how a $150 electrical repair holds up the sale of a $1000 chair (assuming I'm the only one). Poor job of managing expectations

Ben is my favourite! He is such an inspiration to my family and friends he helped us get a massive discount on a recliner for my mom that just got out of the hospital. This young worker (Ben) even carried the recliner out to our car for us all by himself. Next time I come in I’ll remember to ask his boss to give him a raise! THANK YOU BEN :)

I have only been once. They do have decent selection for adults. Not much of a selection for children,that could mean they are in high demand and sell out fast Reasonable prices, even brand names . I will be visiting this establishment often.

We generally like to pop in, see what items they have, any good deals, etc. Last week, after checking around for a couple weeks, doing my research, bought a "new" lawnmower. After adding gas and oil, went to start it ..... absolutely NOTHING.... NO response/recoil from the pull cord. On closer inspection, grass underneath in the trap area. Grrrrrrrr.... A defective product put right back on the floor to sell. .. What a WASTE of MY time and energy!!!! Very disappointed and pretty darned angry too !!!
